Yes , all appointments can be booked securely online. You can choose the time that works best for you and complete your intake forms digitally.

How much do appointments cost?
After insurance, most patients pay $5–$40 per session.
There are no hidden fees — you only pay what your insurance requires.
Do you offer self-pay?
Yes. For those who are uninsured or prefer not to use insurance:
- Initial Evaluation (60 min): $250
- Follow-Up Sessions: $150

Do you provide virtual care?
Yes, Holistic Care Psychiatry is a fully virtual practice. Appointments take place via secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions.

Holistic Care Psychiatry is licensed to provide psychiatric care exclusively in the state of Georgia.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.

All evaluations and follow-up appointments are with Vivian Akabueze, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
